Fusion of culinary traditions

Ten professional chefs from different European countries will be sponsored by local chefs who will accompany them on a trip to  locations which represent our culinary culture: markets, ports, cideries... The host restaurateur will open their kitchen doors to their invited colleague so that they can prepare recipes from their region using ingredients and techniques from ours, marrying together  the culinary cultures of both regions.

The public will be able to taste the results during the cooking shows that will take place in  order to entice them into experimenting with similar culinary fusions in their own kitchens at home.
